We offer tournaments 7 days a week and all of the following cash games based on demand:

Our most popular game, 1/3 NLH runs daily. We also have scheduled games:
10/20 Limit Big O Fridays at 1pm
1/2 NLH scheduled Mondays and Fridays at 7pm
5/10 NLH scheduled monthly

We have a total of 12 tables with a maximum of 9 people at each table, and sometimes expand to more tables during high-volume times like tournament series.

The Barrel Social is closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Our parking lot adjoins the club, and we offer free parking to our patrons. We also have an overflow gravel parking lot across the street.
Our parking lot cannot support the weight of a semi. There are several truck stops in town, including Keystops and Flying J.

You must be at least 18 years old to be a member.

Members of The Barrel Social Club must treat all individuals, including fellow club members, team members (employees/staff), contractors, and service providers, with equal respect and courtesy. Patrons must maintain proper etiquette and conduct.
Violations of fair play, including but not limited to cheating, collusion, manipulation, and tampering, will not be tolerated.

Membership & Access

The Barrel Social is a members-only social club. You must be 18 years of age or older with a valid ID.
Membership Dues:
Daily membership: $10/day.
Monthly membership: $60/month.
Annual membership: $500/year.
Upon payment of the dues, membership is immediately active, and you gain access to the club’s amenities and poker/tournament participation.

Every guest on site must be an active member of The Barrel Social Club - no exceptions. A supervisor must accompany any prospective member who wants a tour of the facility.

We host recurring weekly tournaments—Sunday Bounty, Monday Madness, Tuesday Turbo, Wednesday Deepstack, Thursday Thrill, Friday Freezeout, and rotating Saturday events—as well as larger tournament series such as the Kentucky Poker Open and Barrel Series.
We also host a variety of specialty tournament formats, including, but not limited to: PLO, bounty, freezeout, various buy-in levels, women's/seniors tournaments, etc.

Registration is available when the doors open on the day of the tournament. We cannot process tournament buy-ins over the phone. Tournament entries can be paid in cash only.

Payments, Cashouts, & Policies

We accept major credit cards via Square and Apple Pay for membership, time payments, and merchandise purchases. For tournament buy-ins and cash games, we only accept cash.
Members may make payments in person by cash or card, with no additional fee, when paying directly. If you set up a card on file, the club will charge a 3.5% convenience fee on card-on-file payments.
We also have an ATM on site! The limit is $600 per transaction, and the transaction fee is $4.

When you’re finished playing, you will rack up your chips and leave the table. Take your rack of chips to the cage, where the cashier will count and exchange them for cash.

Food, Drink, & Amenities

The club offers soft drinks, bottled water, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, free with membership. We do not serve alcohol and do not permit alcohol on the premises.
We are proud to partner with some of the best food trucks around Franklin, KY! Food trucks are not always parked at the club, and they do not yet have a set schedule. We are working on this and hope to have a schedule soon.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the building.

Members can bring in outside food and drink. We have a table set up for dining in the player lounge. Players may also choose to eat at the poker table. If you eat at the poker table, we have rolling side tables available for your convenience.

We make accommodations when possible. If you have vision challenges or other physical limitations, please talk to one of our staff members. We can accommodate service animals, especially if we are notified in advance. Our club has 1 restroom with disabled access, and our parking lot has 3 van-sized parking spots.

In general, we kindly request that members refrain from bringing their pets on site, unless they are service animals. We can accommodate guide and service animals, especially if we are notified in advance.
Owners Matt and Mickey’s dog, Jackie, is regularly on site due to their challenging hours/schedule. Additionally, Brittany’s emotional support dog, Kizzi, is also permitted on site.
Special occasions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your pet may qualify for an exception, please contact our team beforehand to discuss your request. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in ensuring a positive experience for all members and staff.
If you have any allergies or concerns about pets on site, please communicate them to the on-site manager.

If you’re looking to stay overnight, there are several hotels nearby. We recommend the Holiday Inn Express & Suites and the Comfort Inn & Suites. Mention that you’re coming from The Barrel for a special deal!
Technology, Streaming & Devices

Players may not talk on a phone at the table. Ringtones, music, images, video, etc., should be inaudible and non-disturbing to others.
Phones and other electronic communication devices may not rest on the table.
Players with live hands may not interact with or operate an electronic or communication device. Betting apps, charts, and other poker strategy tools may not be used at the table.
All cell phones and other voice-enabled and “ringing” electronic devices must be silenced during tournament play. A player who wants to use a cell phone must be at least one table length away from their assigned table or be subject to a penalty.

Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi with no usage restrictions.
Safety, Rules, & Dispute Resolution

We have armed security on-site 7 days a week, as well as 24-hour surveillance of the building and parking lots. If requested, a security guard can escort you to your car.

Members are prohibited from tampering with, damaging, or destroying any property belonging to the establishment, staff, or any member. Any violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of membership, along with potential legal action for damages.
Members must not bring dangerous weapons onto the premises. Dangerous weapons include firearms, explosives, knives, and other weapons that might be considered dangerous or that could cause harm. Members further agree not to bring any likeness of real weapons onto the premises (i.e. Airsoft, BB, etc.).
Members are prohibited from any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior, and must maintain proper etiquette and conduct.
Violations of fair play, including but not limited to cheating, collusion, manipulation, and tampering will not be tolerated.
Solicitation of any kind is not permitted.

Any issues or concerns with fellow Barrel Club members are to be addressed with management and not the member.
Any issues or concerns with Barrel team members (employees/staff) are to be addressed with management, not directly with staff.
Employees/staff have the right and responsibility to report any concerns or misconduct by a member to management.
